We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, by completing a form on the site or other direct contact from you. We limit the information that we ask from you to that which is necessary for us to help you with your enquiry or to pursue your course.
On your initial contact with us, the information we ask for and collect is limited to your name, email address, your approximate geographical location (as identified by your IP address), some details about the kind of course you are interested in and any other information you voluntarily give us.
We use this data, depending on which form you fill in, to provide you with relevant information about our school and courses, to answer your questions, help you book a course or organise a free trial class.
If you sign up to our newsletter, we may also occasionally contact you via email to tell you our news, about special offers, new classes, products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
If you register for a course at our school, we will also ask you for your address, a phone number and the name and contact details of a person we can contact in an emergency. As an educational institution, we are obliged to keep this kind of information. In addition, for our own statistical and organisational purposes, we will ask you for your nationality, first language and occupation.
We will only keep data that can personally identify you as long as is necessary for us to conduct our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete any information we hold at any time.
We will not sell or rent any information we collect to anyone. Nor will we share any information with any third party outside of our organisation unless we are required to do so by law.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Our website does not collect any sensitive information from you, such as financial information. If you pay for a course through our website you will be redirected to one of our payment partners (Paypal or PaytoStudy). Your financial information is encrypted and transmitted to Paypal or PaytoStudy in a secure way. We have no access to that information. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the payment page. We also protect your information offline. Only team members who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
