We limit the information that we ask from you to that which is necessary for us to help you with your enquiry or to pursue your course.

On your initial contact with us, the information we ask for and collect is limited to your name, email address, your approximate geographical location (as identified by your IP address), some details about the kind of course you are interested in and any other information you voluntarily give us.

As an educational institution, we are obliged to keep this kind of information. In addition, for our own statistical and organisational purposes, we will ask you for your nationality, first language and occupation.

We will only keep data that can personally identify you as long as is necessary for us to conduct our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete any information we hold at any time.

We will not sell or rent any information we collect to anyone. Nor will we share any information with any third party outside of our organisation unless we are required to do so by law.
